Due to renovations at the University of Valley Forge (our previous INCITE site), we had to secure a new location for INCITE in 2019. In moving to Davis College in Johnson City, NY, we have been able to reduce some costs for you to attend INCITE. In 2017, individual staff paid $410.00 per person, and if married, their spouse paid $336.00. Children ages 4-12 paid $40.00 for the nine-meal package. Kids over the age of 12 paid the full price of $80.00 for meals.

 

Cost:

 

The cost for a married missionary couple is $599.99. The cost for an individual missionary staff is $325.00 **. Those figures represent the costs of housing, meals, conference space, and program. There is no cost for meals for children under the age of 11. The cost of the ten-meal package for a child age 12 and older is $75.00 a child.

 

** Individual staff will be asked to designate their one roommate choice in the registration process. None of the dorm rooms will accommodate more than two staff. There are no single rooms for staff due to a limited number of rooms available to us at Davis College.

 

The deadline to register and pay for INCITE is May 15, 2019. Once you register for INCITE, we are obligated to Davis College for your housing, meals, and conference space, so payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

After midnight on May 15th, the cost of registration increases $50.00 to $375.00 for an individual staff and $649.99 for a married couple. Please contact Mike Olejarz after May 15 to confirm space is available.

 

Registration Deadlines & Payment Options:

 

The first option is you can pay your full registration on April 15, or, on May 15. A second option is to pay half on April 15 and the other half by May 15.
